Patient Services Coordinator Sonya Castillo has been a part of the NewSound family since 2008. Sonya is dedicated to serving her patients and keeping the office running efficiently. She has been a resident of Del Rio her entire life.

NewSound offers hearing health checkup services, such as hearing tests and ear canal exams to ensure you are hearing your best. Our skilled staff is also trained in several hearing services that range from ear wax removal to comprehensive hearing evaluations. We specialize in real ear verification, hearing protection and ear canal exams. If you currently wear a hearing device, we also offer continuous maintenance for your devices. We offer cleanings, custom fittings, programming and performance verification. We also sell batteries for hearing devices too!
