Attentive, very professional and provided much information and knowledge on the process of testing and any further needs for possible additional evaluation, by other professionals, and/or need for hearing aids. I recommend this facility, from checking in/out to the evaluation, everyone was very kind and assistive.

Extremely friendly and informative. Listened to my issues and questions. Fully explained the big difference between OTC (amplifiers) and hearing aids. Hope to have my new hearing aids in about a week. Looking forward to hearing what I've been missing!
